How can I download my Hattrick Package Pass for the WSL Matches at the Etihad Stadium?

To download your Hattrick Package Pass through your account, follow the steps below on your Mobile Phone:

1) Go to mancity.com/tickets

2) Click the silhouette icon in the top right of your screen

3) Click 'My Ticketing Account'

4) Click 'Season Tickets' from the account menu

5) On your mobile device, click on 'Download'  to add to your Apple/Google Wallet

We recommend if you already have the pass downloaded in your mobile wallet, that you remove the pass first before trying to download the new pass. Our guide on how to remove a mobile pass can be found here.

You must be part of the same City Family Group (strongly linked Family & Friends) in order to download another supporter's season ticket. See the below example. 

Please note, that you must download this on your Mobile Phone, not on a laptop, desktop or tablet.
