If you can't download your Manchester City men's match ticket on your Iphone, please be aware you must use the Safari web browser to download your mobile ticket(s).
Ticket downloads are not supported in Google Chrome or other web browsers.
If Safari is not your iPhone's default browser:
1/ Tap Download Tickets in the email containing your ticket links.
2/ When the ticket download page opens, copy the web address (URL) from your browser.
3/ Open the Safari app.
4/ Paste the web address (URL) into Safari and tap Go.
5/ Download your ticket(s) and add them to your Apple Wallet.
Not sure if Safari is your default browser?
On your iPhone, go to Settings > Apps > Default Apps > Browser to check.
