Where is the accessible entrance for away fans at the Etihad Stadium?

Fans allocated a ticket on Level 0 will enter via the L1 entrance. The surface is flat and wheelchair accessible.

Supporters allocated tickets on the Legends Balcony (Level 1/Box Level) will enter via South Reception. Stewards will be on hand to help guide you along the way.

Supporters allocated tickets towards the front of Level 3, which involve minimal steps, can access these seats via a staircase or lift. If you wish to use the lift to Level 3, please contact your club’s Disability Liaison Officer, who can arrange this with Manchester City’s Access and Stewarding Teams.
