Season Ticket Members can transfer their ticket to one of their 18 Friends & Family Members, donate their ticket to City in The Community, or list their ticket on the club’s Ticket Exchange.
Returned tickets are only made available to qualifying fans at the matchday member price. Tickets are not resold via hospitality packages.
Official Members’ and general sale tickets are non-transferable. However, tickets can be returned up to seven days before the match by filling out our ticket refund form.
The refund will be processed automatically within 30 days.
The refund request form must be submitted by the lead purchaser of the tickets. The refund will apply to all tickets purchased in the transaction, including Kids Fanzone tickets and Car Parking tickets, if applicable.
