How do I turn on automatic updates for my Season Ticket?

You can make sure your Season Ticket automatically updates by following these steps. 

Apple Wallet:

1/ Open the Apple Wallet app and tap on your ticket.

2/ Tap the ‘i’ or three dots in the top right corner, and then select 'notifications'.

3/ Turn on "Automatic Updates" (make sure it's green).

4/ To update it manually, drag the screen down.

Google Wallet:

1/ Open Google Wallet and tap the three dots in the top right corner.

2/ Scroll down to 'Get notifications for this pass' and make sure it is ticked. 

3/ Once ticked and to refresh your ticket you will need to restart your phone.
