The VR Experience is not recommended for children under 7 years old.
Children under 10 must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the experience.
The experience may involve physical movement such as walking, standing for extended periods, and reaching, so participants should be comfortable with this level of activity.
If you require any assistance or accommodations—including for disabilities or health conditions—please inform a member of staff in advance so we can aim to provide a safe and inclusive experience for you.
You may take part in the VR Experience provided you are in good health and do not suffer from medical conditions that could be aggravated by VR activities. These include, but are not limited to:
- epilepsy or seizures
- cardiovascular or respiratory conditions
- photosensitivity or migraines
- pregnancy
- balance disorders
- psychiatric or neurological disorders
- implanted medical devices such as pacemakers or defibrillators
If you have any of these conditions, you must:
- Speak to a doctor; and
- Inform Club staff in advance.
Taking part against medical advice or the Club’s advice is at your own risk. The Club can refuse participation if it believes there is a health risk.
