We advise guests to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of their tour to allow time to check-in, go through security and use the toilets if required.
When you make a booking you will be given an allocated tour slot, if you are late this may impact the duration of your tour as we need to take into account other bookings and tours taking place on that day.
Prior to your visit you will be given a contact number to ring if there are any delays.
