What items am I prohibited from taking into the Etihad Stadium and Joie Stadium in 2026/27?

You cannot take any of the following items into the Etihad Stadium or Joie Stadium during the 2026/27 season:

• Illegal substances

• Knives/Weapons/Bladed articles

• Glass Bottles and containers (including perfume), cans

• Drink cartons (except water in clear plastic bottles 500ml or less)

• Alcohol

• Pyrotechnics, flares & fireworks

• Gas canisters, Aerosols & other explosive devices

• Laser devices

• Solid Containers/Flasks

• Dark plastic bottles and/or dark liquid

•Megaphones/Airhorns/Vuvuzelas/ Drums

• Tools

• Food & drink

• Large/golf umbrellas

• Large bags, holdalls or suitcases (Small bags A4 12” x 8’ x 3” allowed)

• Selfie sticks

• Computer tablets & laptops  (unless authorised by the Safety Officer)

• Professional cameras or recording devices

• Flags and banners that display political, discriminatory or abusive messages or are larger than 2m x 1m (all flags must be authorised by the Safety Officer)

• Poles & Sticks (not including mobility aids)

• Baby buggies & prams

• Smoking, E-Cigarettes & Vapes

• Any other items that the Safety Officer considers may pose a risk to spectators or others
