A payment card will be needed to apply for a ballot and process payment, so you will need a bank card in registered at an eligible address to verify and apply. We use your registered payment card to help confirm your address quickly and securely. No payment is taken.
If you have a payment card registered at an eligible address and are still having issues, or don't have a payment card, please contact mancity@mancity.com or visit the Fan Support Office at the club shop.
