If a match changes from a Saturday to a Sunday, you will not be entitled to a refund and your hospitality package booking remains valid.
If a match changes from Saturday to mid-week, you will have five working days to request a full refund for your hospitality package once the match date has been confirmed.
If your plans change and you can no longer attend, you can request a full refund for your hospitality package up until 30 days before the match. After this point, refund requests shall not be accepted.
