You may be eligible for a refund after booking a room in The Medlock Hotel depending on the rate and booking conditions selected. You have the choice to book a prepaid rate or flexible rate.

Prepaid rate: Pay in advance for a lower price. Your booking is non-refundable and cannot be changed.

Flexible rate: Pay more for your booking on arrival. You can cancel or change your booking without charge before 3pm the day prior to arrival.
