Official Members who have purchased tickets for an individual match can get a refund up to seven days before the match by filling out our refund form.
The refund will be processed automatically within 30 days.
Refund requests must be made at least seven days before the match is scheduled to take place.
Requests made within seven days of the match will not be eligible for a refund.
The refund request form must be submitted by the lead purchaser of the tickets. The refund will apply to all tickets purchased in the transaction, including Kids Fanzone tickets and Car Parking tickets, if applicable.
Some matches may be rescheduled due to TV broadcasts or cup competition changes. All ticket holders will be notified and can request a refund up to seven days before the new match date and time.
Premier League fixtures may be amended throughout the season due to reasons such as live TV broadcast selections or the need to accommodate domestic and European cup competitions. As such, all fixtures are advertised as subject to change.
