How do I download my Official Membership pass?

You can follow these steps to download your Official Membership Pass. 

1/ Log in to your online account at mancity.com/account. 

2/ Select 'Tickets' then 'Membership'.

3/ Chose the Membership Pass you want to download and select the tick box next to the Membership you want to download. Once you've done that, hit the Download button.

Please note, you may see more than one Membership Pass as your friends and family may appear here. You will be able to download more than one Membership Pass (for example if you are attending with someone who doesn't have a mobile device, a child, or a PA).

4/ Download to an Apple or Google device. A new page will open with two options. Download your Mobile Pass to your Apple Wallet (if you have an iPhone) or Google Wallet (if you have an Android phone).

While you’re in your mobile wallet...

Make sure that any old Membership Pass has been removed or expired.

Enable automatic updates so your ticket is ready ahead of each match.

You will be able to download on behalf of a member of your Friends & Family group if you are strongly linked on Friends & Family.
