What are Cup Schemes and how do they work?

Benefits of Joining the Cup Scheme(s):

• Ticket Priority: Be at the front of the queue for away Cup matches and Cup final tickets (subject to availability and qualifying sales criteria).
• Ticket Points: Earn 300 ticket points for joining all three Cup Schemes. Go Platinum and double it to 600 ticket points.
• Price Cap: Enjoy a guaranteed price cap of £35 on domestic Cup home games, up to and including the quarter-finals. Premium Seat holders will pay the full prevailing rate for their seat.
• Ease of Purchase: We’ll automatically process your payment and confirm once it’s done. If relocation is necessary, we’ll ensure you’re placed in an area of the stadium you’re happy with.

Important Payment Information

Failure to make payment will result in removal from the Cup Scheme(s) and forfeiture of any Ticket Points. Once removed, you cannot re-join the Cup Scheme for the current season.

Priority Access:

Priority access to Cup tickets, including Cup finals, is granted to those who have joined the respective Cup Scheme.

If tickets remain, the Club will announce qualifying sales criteria, and qualifying supporters may purchase based on these criteria, subject to availability.

Checking Your Cup Scheme Registration:

To check your registration status for any Cup Schemes, log in to your ticketing account here.

1. Click on 'My Ticketing Account'.
2. Click on the Cup Schemes tab.
3. The page will show which Cup Schemes you’re currently registered for, along with any that strongly linked Family & Friends members are on.
