Online Log in requirements
Supporters need a valid, registered email address and a Supporter Number to log into their account online.
Forgotten Password:
Supporters who forget their password can request a new one via their registered email address.
Away Match Tickets for the 2025/26 Season:
Our sales criteria's for purchasing away tickets are released approximately 4 weeks before each away match. You can only purchase an away ticket if you meet the specific sales criteria.
You can view your ticket points and ticket history by logging into the ‘My Account’ section.
Tickets can be purchased online or by calling +44 (0)161 444 1894. Note that phone purchases incur a £2.50 booking fee, and the phone line is available daily from 9:30am to 5:15pm.
Disabled Supporters:
Disabled supporters can purchase tickets online or by calling the Access Team at +44 (0)161 444 1894.
Ticket Points:
Away match tickets do not earn ticket points.
Away Match Junior Ticket Purchases:
Limited Junior Allocation: Juniors can purchase tickets along with a qualifying adult. However, only one junior ticket per qualifying adult can be bought, and this is subject to availability.
After the allocation is sold out, juniors must qualify on their own to purchase tickets.
This criteria is only applicable to away matches and is subject to each individual match ticket criteria.
Ticket Dispatch and Delivery:
Tickets will either be dispatched as paper tickets or mobile tickets:
Away Match Tickets:
Tickets for away matches are dispatched via Royal Mail approximately 10 days before the match to the lead supporter in the transaction.
Mobile Tickets:
Mobile tickets will be emailed to the lead purchaser about 5 days before the fixture.
