Fans can request a call back from one of our Fan Support Co-Ordinators instead of waiting on hold. Once the call back is requested you can end the call and one of the Fan Support Team will call you back when your call gets to the front of the queue.
Your call remains in the queue, and you will not lose your position.
What happens if I am not available for the call back, I requested?
The Fan Support Team will attempt to call you back when your call gets to the front of the queue. Unfortunately, if there is no answer you will lose your position in the queue. The agent will leave you a voicemail advising you to call back when you are available.
All call backs that are requested will receive a call from Fan Support the same day.
Can I request a call back on a different number to what I am calling from?
No, currently we can only offer a call back to the number you have requested this from. If you call from a withheld or anonymous number then we will not be able to call you back, your call will be placed back in the hold queue is the same position.
Can I request a call back at any time?
You will be able to request a call back every day between 10am – 3pm. If you call outside of these hours, you will not be able to request a call back and will remain in the hold queue.
