This will give you instructions on how to check which 'google accounts' are linked to your mobile number. It is possible (if you are receiving the error in the image below) that you have google accounts where the pass may have been downloaded to.
Once you have identified more than one account, you can log in to the google wallet using the email address(es) on your google account, and the pass may be located in one of the other accounts.
This will either give you the opportunity to access your mobile Season Ticket, or remove the pass from the wallet, we can then send you a new link to download to the correct account.
