Guide to purchasing an Official Cityzens Membership.

Membership Options

We offer several types of memberships you can buy:

• Official Cityzens Matchday Membership (18+) - £35 (Gives you access to match tickets)
• Official Cityzens Membership (18+) - £25 (Does not give you access to match tickets, but you can enjoy all other membership benefits)
• Official Junior Membership (0-17) - £20 (Gives you access to match tickets)

To buy tickets, you need either a Cityzens Matchday Membership or a Junior Membership. Ticket availability and requirements may vary by match, so please check the details for your chosen match.

Membership Duration and Renewal

All memberships are valid for 12 months and will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. The renewal or expiration will happen on the last day of the month.

Accessible Account Information

If you have an accessible account with a personal assistant (PA) account, you don’t need to buy a membership for your PA. Our Access team will arrange this when processing the PA's account.

Purchasing Multiple Memberships

You can buy multiple Cityzens Official Memberships, but each membership must be assigned to a different person. You can assign memberships to someone in your Family & Friends Group by selecting ‘Edit Owner’ during checkout.

You cannot buy a membership in your name and give it to someone else. If they don’t have a Man City account, you'll need to create one for them before purchasing their membership.

Checking Your Membership Start Date

To see how long you’ve been a Cityzen, log in to your account at Mancity.com and follow these steps:

1. Go to ‘My Account’ at the top right of the page.
2. Select ‘My Ticketing Account.’
3. Click on ‘Memberships.’ You’ll see the “Member Since” date.

What Happens After You Buy Your Membership?

Once you’ve purchased your membership, you can start enjoying all the benefits it offers. You can see all the benefits listed here.

You can also download your Cityzens Official Membership Pass, which serves as your match ticket for Matchday and Junior members. You can find this in your online account.

Cancelling Your Membership

You can cancel your membership within 14 days of purchasing, as long as you haven’t used any benefits or bought tickets. To cancel, contact the Fan Support team through the contact form.

After 14 days, you can’t cancel your membership, but you can stop it from renewing automatically for the next season.
