Accessible Seating/ View from Your Seat
To help you choose the most suitable seating option, Wembley Stadium offers a 3d seat view here: https://3ddigitalvenue.com/3dmap/clients/wembley-stadium/ where you can view sightlines, aisle seats, and step-free access areas. For ambulant fans, row 31 on Level 1 is recommended for easier access. Row 27 is also a good alternative.
Audio Descriptive Commentary
For fans who require audio descriptive commentary, devices can be obtained at Wembley Stadium’s information booths. There is no need to pre-book. These booths are conveniently located throughout the stadium to provide assistance and are located at:
Level 1: Blocks 108 & 137
Level 2: Blocks 203 & 249
Level 5: Blocks 514 & 539
Wheelchair Chaperone Service/ Accessible Buggy Service
A number of wheelchairs are available at Wembley Stadium to assist fans in getting from areas such as the car parks to their seats. Fans requiring this service are encouraged to speak to a member of staff upon arrival.
The service is available from the Red, Green and Blue Car Parks surrounding the stadium, and anywhere on the stadium footprint. However, this does not include Pink Car Park, hotels, or other areas on the wider Wembley estate.
An accessible buggy service runs down Olympic Way (Formerly Wembley Way) from Wembley Park underground station to the Stadium. Please speak to a member of Wembley’s Customer Engagement team who can be found at both the station and the drop off point and are dressed in dark blue uniform if you have any questions.
Changing Places Facility
Wembley Stadium is equipped with Changing Places facilities to provide additional space and equipment for those who need them. These are located at:
• Block 103
• Block 143
The facilities are accessed using a RADAR key. For those seated in upper levels, please speak to the nearest steward for assistance. Due to high visitor numbers, a short wait may be required.
Assistance Dogs
Wembley Stadium welcomes assistance dogs. To ensure a smooth visit, please notify the club’s access team in advance. A designated dog spending area is available outside the stadium, between turnstiles B & C.
Accessible Turnstiles
Each turnstile at Wembley Stadium has an accessible entrance. If needed, please speak to a steward upon entry for assistance, including access to lifts for upper levels.
Bag Exemptions
For those requiring a bag exemption due to medical or accessibility needs, requests must be submitted directly to Wembley Stadium. Please submit a request here: Bag Policy : Wembley Support Portal as early as possible before the event. Due to the number of events at Wembley Stadium, requests are processed in order of event.
Accessible Aid Storage Facility
If you need to store a mobility aid such as a mobility scooter or zimmer frame during the event, please visit one of the information booths located throughout the stadium.
