How Do I Join CITY+?
To access exclusive content across web, app and TV through CITY+, subscribe to CITY+.
How Do I Resubscribe to CITY+?
You can resubscribe onto the same CITY+ subscription type at any point after cancelling by visiting the subscriptions section, and clicking ‘Renew subscription’.
If you wish to resubscribe with a different subscription type, you must wait post-cancellation until after the date your next payment would have been due. You can then select a new subscription type by visiting the subscriptions page.
How Do I Cancel CITY+?
On the website:
You can cancel your access to CITY+ at any time by vising the 'Subscriptions' section, logging in to your account, and completing the cancellation process.
Upon cancelling, you will receive an email to confirm you have successfully cancelled, and you will continue to have access to CITY+ until the end of your relevant billing period.
On the app:
If you purchased your subscription through your app store, go to your app store settings, select your active CITY+ subscription and follow the instructions to cancel. You can also find more information on how to cancel subscriptions on iPhone in Apple’s user guide.
You will be able to keep watching CITY+ until the date your next payment was due, which you can check in the subscriptions section. You can reactivate your subscription any time before this date.
What Email Address Do I Use to Log in?
Please use the email address you used to subscribe with to log in to CITY+. If you have subscribed through Apple, Amazon, or Google, please use the email address associated with that account. Visit the ‘My Profile’ section to find out which email address is linked to your account.
How Do I Access Content?
- You can access CITY+ via our website by visiting the CITY+ content section.
- You can access CITY+ on the app by clicking ‘Video’ and then ‘CITY+’. Find out more about how to download the Man City app.

How Do I Change my Subscription Type?
To change your subscription type, you must first cancel your existing subscription, which you can do in the subscriptions section. You must then wait until after the date your next payment was due before selecting a new subscription type.
When Will Payment Be Taken?
Payment for new subscribers will be taken at the point of signing up for CITY+
- For those on the annual subscription, your payment will be renewed on that same date annually
- For those on the monthly subscription, your payment will be taken on that date every month
How Do I Make Sure CITY+ is up to Date?
Visit your device’s App store or shop to make sure all updates are downloaded.
