When renewing your Season Ticket online, if you would like to change the level of your Season Ticket, you can. For example, if you are a Platinum Season Ticket holder, you can swap your subscription to Gold and vice versa.
This can be done within your renewal journey, press 'renew', you will then be prompted with the below screen, you can change your Season Ticket level as below
