We understand it’s not always possible to attend all 19 Premier League games, with Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer, you can enable other City Fans to cheer on the team.
With easy options available, all Season Ticket Members are required to attend the game, list on the Ticket Exchange, or transfer your ticket for at least ten home Premier League matches a season.
What happens if I don’t take an action?
Season Ticket Members are required to use, list on the Ticket Exchange or transfer your ticket for at least ten home Premier League matches a season. For more information please see the Season Ticket terms and conditions here. If this criteria is not met, you may not be able to continue to use your Season Ticket.
You will be deemed to have ‘used’ your Season Ticket for a match if one of the following actions takes place:
- You attend the match and have your Season Ticket scanned on entry to the stadium.
- You transfer your ticket to another City Fan.
- You list your ticket on the ticket exchange prior to 24 hours before the kick off on match day.
What is Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer?
List your seat on the Ticket Exchange for the Premier League home match that you cannot attend. If your seat sells, you will receive the equivalent funds for one nineteenth (1/19, one home Premier League fixture) of your Season Ticket price, after the match takes place. For example, if your Season Ticket costs £380, you would receive £20 back for a match you cannot attend, if your seat sells on the Ticket Exchange.
If you cannot attend a match you can also transfer your mobile ticket to another supporter who is listed in the Friends & Family group of your online account. For further guidance on how to transfer your ticket click here.
