Does Manchester City recognise the RADAR key scheme?
Yes, both the Etihad and Joie Stadium have a number of accessible toilets that can be opened by using a radar key.
The Etihad Stadium also hosts its own Changing Places Facility, of which more information can be found here.
Supporters are advised to bring their own radar key to events. Supporters are also able to ask their nearest steward who will be able to obtain a key should one be requested. Our helpful stewarding team will also be able to direct you to the nearest accessible toilet upon request.
Can I Bring an Epi-Pen or Insulin?
Please contact our Fan Support team by emailing access@mancity.com and they will be able to issue you with a medical exemption certificate.
Please include your supporter number/booking postcode, the name of the person requiring the medical exemption, which event it is you are attending and a list of items needed to be brought into the stadium.

How Many Steps is it to My Seat?
Each row has approximately 2 steps up/down from where the vomitory is.

Can I Purchase Alcohol from all Kiosks?
Draught beer is only available in certain kiosks throughout the stadium however there are can and bottle alternatives available in kiosks where draught is not on offer.
How can I report discrimination at the Campus and in the Stadium?
Discriminatory comments, chants, or gestures have no place in football, and we remain committed to working with our fans to eliminate this behaviour.
Fans who see or hear abusive or discriminatory behaviour are encouraged to text details of the incident to 0770 015 1894 to make our dedicated security team aware of what they have witnessed.
The service is available to all fans at the Etihad Stadium on matchday. You can share your report anonymously by texting your block, row, seat number and a short description of the incident to the number.
You can also continue to report incidents by talking to a steward or the police at the stadium.

Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM), working in partnership with Manchester City Council, Salford City Council and Trafford Council, has launched Greater Manchester's first publicly operated, self-service, 24/7 cycle hire scheme.

I require Halal food and would like to eat at the stadium, what should I do?
Halal Food is available and clearly denoted with a 'H' on all kiosk menus.
Where Can I Park When Visiting The Shop?
When visiting the Club shop on a non-matchday, visitors are permitted to park in the Yellow car park. A full stadium map can be found below.
I have a severe allergy and would like to eat at the stadium, what should I do?
Our Kiosk Staff will be able to advise you on our allergens and what is available to you.
Is there a limit on how many drinks I can purchase?

Can I Purchase Food and Drink During the Match?
Food and soft drinks are available to purchase throughout the game up until the end of half-time. Alcohol is only available to purchase before kick-off and at half-time.
Am I able to take my food and drink in the bowl to watch the match?
You are allowed to take in all food and drink apart from alcohol.
All alcoholic drinks must be consumed before entering the stadium bowl. This applies to both general admission and hospitality tickets.
Do I get discount on food and drink if I have a season ticket?
Yes, Season Ticket holders get 10% off their order at a kiosk.
Do you serve hot food on a matchday?
Yes, we serve a range of hot food across the Stadium on a matchday.

We can cater for nearly all dietary requirements. Please speak to the cashier in the kiosk and they will be able to advise you.

Can I Bring Sun cream?
Yes, you can bring sun cream that is either pocket sized or meets our bag policy.
What's your Smoking Policy?
The entire Etihad Campus, including roadways, car parks and concourses, is smoke free. Use of electronic cigarettes is also prohibited. We operate a strict, no re-admission policy and there will be no opportunity to leave and re-enter the stadium.
