How do I apply to be a player mascot?

To access the player mascot opportunity for your child, please complete the form on the page here to submit your details and get added to the database for selection.

Once you have submitted your child’s details, we will be selecting lucky junior matchday members throughout the season so wait to hear from us to hear if your child has been selected.

• You only need to enter your child’s details once as they will be securely stored throughout the season and could be selected for one of our home games
• If you can’t make the fixture your child has been selected for, we can put you down for another game that you can attend
• You will be provided with 2 x match tickets for the game selected
• We will provide a full kit for your child to wear and walk out in on the day 

I have applied for a mascot opportunity, what happens next?

Once you have submitted your child’s details, we will be selecting lucky Cityzen Junior matchday members throughout the season so wait to hear from us to hear if your child has been selected.

If you can’t make the fixture your child has been selected for, we can put you down for another game that you can attend.

I have been selected for the Player Mascot opportunity. Do I need to buy a match ticket?

You will be provided with 2 x match tickets for the game selected. If you require additional tickets, these would need to be purchased in line with the sales criteria.

I have been selected for the Player Mascot opportunity. What should my child wear?

We will provide a full football kit for your child to wear and walk out in on the day which they can then keep.
