Supporters who have purchased an individual match ticket can receive a full refund, providing that you request this at least 7 days before the fixture is set to take place. You can do this by calling 0161 444 1894 or emailing mancity@mancity.com.
I cannot attend a rescheduled match, what can I do?
Due to television broadcast selections and advancement in cup competitions, some matches may be rescheduled to a different time and/or date.
If you are unable to attend the rearranged date, please fill in the form here and you will be issued a refund automatically within 30 days.
If you are a Season Ticket Member please make use of the Ticket Exchange feature on your account for any matches you are unable to attend.
