If your Mobile Season Ticket or Cityzens Official Mobile Membership Pass is displaying the incorrect game, please follow the steps below.
- Open your Apple Wallet
- Click on your Season Ticket/Cityzens Official Mobile Membership Pass
- Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner of your screen
- Make sure that ‘Automatic Updates’ are turned on (the icon/button should be green)
- Drag the page down by placing your finger in the middle of the screen, then moving it down
- This should then update to the correct game
There is no manual way to update your Google Wallet. Please turn your device off and on, this should then update to the correct game.
Please be advised, as long as you have not listed your ticket on the Ticket Exchange, or transferred your ticket, your pass will still work regardless of the match shown on your Mobile pass.
