Yes, refunds are available up to 72 hours before the event.
Tickets can be returned via your online account by following the below steps;
• Navigate to ‘My Account’
• Select ‘Orders’
• Select the order you wish to cancel
• Select ‘Cancel’*
*If your order contains multiple tickets, please ensure you select the correct ticket type for cancellation.
You can also cancel your tickets by contacting Service Support.
