What is Ticket Transfer?

Ticket Transfer allows Manchester City Season Ticket holders to pass on their match tickets to a friend or family member when they can’t attend a Premier League or Women's Super League or *Cup Match. 

Who is it for?
Ticket Transfer is available for Men's and Women's Season Ticket holders who are unable to attend a match but still want to give their ticket to someone else linked to their account. This feature is only available for mobile tickets.

How do you do it?
Log in to your Manchester City ticketing account.
Go to the ‘Tickets’ section and select the match you can’t attend.
Choose a person from your Family & Friends list.
Follow the steps to transfer the ticket to them.

Additional Information
No extra charge for transferring to someone in the same age group (e.g., Adult to Adult).
If you transfer to a different age group (e.g., Concession to Adult), you'll need to pay the difference in ticket price.
Mobile ticket transfers are available for all Men’s and Women’s Season Ticket holders.
*Ticket Transfer can be used if you're on the relevant Cup Scheme.
