How do I remove my Cityzens Membership from automatic renewal?

1) Log in at tickets.mancity.com HERE.

2) Click 'Memberships' along the left hand menu

3) Once within the 'Memberships' tab, click the tick box circled on the image above, once highlighted you will be able to click 'Manage my Membership' which is also circled.

4) Ensure the 'Enroled' tick box is unticked and press 'OK' in the bottom right corner of the page.

5) Once you have clicked 'OK' your Membership is no longer on automatic renewal
