How do I download my Cityzens Official Mobile Membership Pass?

To download your Cityzens Official Mobile Membership Pass through your account, follow the steps below on your Mobile Phone:

1) Go to mancity.com/tickets

2) Click the silhouette icon in the top right of your screen

3) Click 'My Ticketing Account'

4) Click 'Memberships' from the account menu

5) On your mobile device, click on 'Download' to add to your Apple/Google Wallet

We recommend if you already have the pass downloaded in your mobile wallet, that you remove the pass first before trying to download the new pass. Our guide on how to remove a mobile pass can be found here.

The Cityzens Official Mobile Membership Pass will then download into your mobile wallet.

When your Mobile Membership Pass is downloaded, it will look like the below, each match you have bought a ticket for will show like the Ipswich Town example below.

You must be part of the same City Family Group (strongly linked Family & Friends) to download another supporter's Cityzens Official Mobile Membership Pass. See the below example. 

Please note, that you must download this on your Mobile Phone, not on a laptop, desktop or tablet.
